Weekly appointments
When you cook for new customers, impress them enough that they choose to book you for a repeating appointment (e.g., every Tuesday at 3pm).
Good for customers
Popular chefs and days (Sunday-Tuesday) get booked quickly, so customers can hold a spot.
✔️ Customer can hold their favorite chef (you!) and time
✔️ Their appointments are auto-scheduled 60 days out (before anyone can book single spots with you)
✔️ Same no-commitment cancel policy (they can cancel by 5pm, 3 days prior for no fee)
✔️ No risk to them with no extra cost
Good for you
✔️ More appointments (autopilot customers usually keep their spots)
✔️ More predictable schedule
✔️ You'll get to know your customers better
Suggest weekly appointments
When you're at your customers' homes, invite them to book one of your limited, available weekly spots.
💡Some chefs get a lot more weeklies than others. Why? Typically, they just ask. 😀
Invite them on your menu card
On your appointment page, check your available weekly spots and add them to your menu card with a friend note along the lines of, "If you are interested in having me cook for you on a regular basis, I have the following weekly spots open right now:"
Invite them personally
If they're home, mention your available weekly spots in person.
Easy signup
For customers, they can book a weekly appointment from their online account (easy peasy). What's the best way to build your chef business? Ask for weekly appointments. 👍
💡If a customer books a weekly appointment with you but cancels too often (e.g., 4 times in a row, 6 times in two months), contact support. We can cancel their weekly spot to allow you to get a more consistent customer.
